Where are our Website Hosting servers located
Field IT has servers based in Australia, United States, Europe and the Middle East. We will host your site depending on your geographical location and/or target audience as this will ensure adequate support and speed for your site. However, if you already have hosting organised elsewhere we will be able to build your site and support up until hand over. If hosted with us and at any time you wish to move to a new web firm + web host, we will package up your site at no cost to send to the new firm. Though at that time, we will no longer be able to support your site.
Web Hosting Costs
We have simplified our packages for hosting with two options. Standard: $240 per year or $20 per month and Supported: $1020 per year or $80 per month. All of our hosting packages are un-metered meaning that you will never be charged extra for going over a “limit.” There are occasionally instances though if a site creates so much traffic that it may need to live on it’s own server. We can help facilitate this if needed, but is extremely rare.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our web hosting accounts.
